Uruguay
An urban-renewal project at the junction of Uruguay, Bolivia and Guatemala streets in Jerusalem — demolishing 32 existing units and building about 170 new residential units alongside ~1,500 m² of commerce. The central, transit-accessible location creates a vibrant urban environment.
