An urban-renewal project at the highest point of Jerusalem’s Gilo neighborhood — demolishing 135 existing units and building about 600 new residential units alongside ~2,000 m² of commerce. The project offers a panoramic view of Jerusalem, a retail center with shops and services, and a light-rail connection.
